The trail offers a pleasant stroll in the woods in peaceful settings. Mint Spring Valley Park is a great place to meander around and it is perfect for children and families to be outdoors and enjoy natural surroundings. For this loop, if you take it counter-clockwise, the hike begins with a steep climb on a rocky trail, but the rest of the trail is downhill. Mint Springs slightly moderate hike elevation gain about 800 ft. **We will meet at Mint Springs Vally Park on July 5th (Sunday) at 8:30 AM.** **Meeting point: upper parking area** What to Bring/Wear: water, snacks, **good hiking shoes and hiking poles.** **Park Entrance is free before 9 AM.** Weather: If plans change due to weather I'll update in the comments section.
