Using the AT, Laurel Prong, and Mill Prong Trails, this will be a moderately-strenuous Loop Hike of 8 miles and 1400 ft of elevation gain with a few stream crossings. Lunch at Rapidan Camp with the option to take a tour of the Hoover Cabin. Come prepared for the weather and hiking conditions (extra water, bugs, summer heat) with no dogs for this hike.
