Sunrise Toastmasters has been holding meetings starting at 7am EST (sharp) and ending at 8am (sharp) on Friday mornings since it was founded in 1980. Prior to holding virtual meetings via Zoom in March of 2020, our meetings had been held at Cone Health’s Moses Cone Hospital in Greensboro, NC. Our club is open to all people, and we do attract many Cone Health employees and affiliates to our membership. Visitors are always welcome, where you will be able to observe the meeting without being required to speak, but you'll have the option to if you wish.
