There are two JRH posted Meetups for the July 4 and 5 Hot Air Balloon & Music Festival in Rockbridge County near Lexington, Virginia. It's a 2 hour 15 minute drive from the Fan of Richmond. This Meetup is for those who just want to attend and do **NOT** want to volunteer assisting the balloon operators.
