**Please NOTE: Time Change** **Our hike to Ragged Mountain, Creek side start time: 8:00 AM,** **Creek Side** trail leads through majestic forest and through rich area with wildlife and offers a unique opportunity for wilderness hiking going to **ROUND TOP**. This trail is narrow, and few sections are rocky and steep. This 4 miles IN and OUT trail gain elevation 587 Feet. The Ragged Mountain Natural Area near Charlottesville, Virginia, is a beautiful 980-acre forest, trees such as Hickory, Maple, Oak, and Pine. **Please note: There are few fallen trees along the trail that will require going over the other side. If you have mobility issues, please consider again before you come.** **Meet me: at Lower parking lot. Lower parking lot on your right side:** **1730 Reservoir Road,** **Charlotessville, VA-22903** **Bring water, snacks, hiking poles** Parking is limited, carpool is recommend. **Weather: If plans change due to weather I'll update in the comments section.** RSVP: If you find you’re not going to be able to attend, please update your RSVP to “Not Going” as soon as possible.
