Led by a local licensed professional therapist, this social circle is all about letting your hair down, releasing stress, and building meaningful friendships right here in our neighborhood. **What to expect:** Our gatherings are focused on both connection and growth. You can expect a relaxed atmosphere with light conversation, peer-to-peer support, and occasional wellness-focused tips.
