The climb to the top of Louden Heights is very steep, so there will be several stops along the way. The overlook is scenic with views of Harper's Ferry and the Potomac River. Directions to Harper's Ferry from Baltimore: 70 West to 340 South. Follow 340 from MD to Vir to W Vir. After crossing the Shenandoah River, take first Right at Shenandoah St and an immediate Right at Shoreline Dr. Follow to the Visitor Center Parking Lot. Note: There is a $20 Fee. Dogs Allowed.
