Let's go camping at **POWHATAN STATE PARK in VA**. We really enjoyed this park last year! It is nestled near the James River with 2.5 miles of waterfront that offers swimming and boating/kayaking. The park has 12 miles of multi-use trails so you can hike to your hearts content. **The RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND** **has 28 SITES THAT ARE ALL ELECTRIC**. **YOU MUST MAKE YOUR OWN RESERVATION!!** The link is below along with the one for the campsite photos. I am at the **RIVER BEND CAMPGROUND -** **site#14. I will be arriving on Thursday 8/6.** I recommend that you reserve early since there are a limited number of sites.
