About

Discover the power of Adobe Illustrator in this workshop for beginners. Learn the fundamental tools and techniques to create illustrations, logos, and graphic designs. You'll learn to navigate the Illustrator interface, work with shapes and paths, apply colors, and use typography effectively. You'll also hear about creating and editing vector graphics. Adobe Illustrator can also be used with laser cutters, vinyl cutters, and 3D printers, all of which are available in The Makery. We will briefly discuss how to modify Illustrator designs to work with these different technologies. No prior Illustrator experience is needed. We will provide laptops with Adobe Illustrator during the workshop. Alternate date and time: This workshop will also be offered on October 21, 11am-12:30 p.m. Please sign up for only of these two offerings of this workshop. Instructor Carly Brink
